Vision
SIHED aspires to become a leading and reputable center for education partnership, research, and connectivity, particularly in higher education and workforce development. It aims to build a comprehensive, up-to-date, and reliable knowledge based on the education systems of Vietnam and advanced countries such as the United States, Australia, and Canada, thereby enabling interested viewers and partners to access accurate, timely, and strategically valuable information.
At the same time, SIHED positions itself as an education hub for promoting international collaboration and academic partnership programs and advanced training models; supporting the establishment of foreign-invested educational institutions in Vietnam. Based on research and practice, the SIHED offers policy consulting, curriculum design, and educational development strategies to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the higher education.
Through these efforts, SIHED aims to make meaningful contributions to the development of high-quality workforce, meeting the demands of the knowledge-based economy and global integration, while supporting Vietnam’s sustainable development.

Building and expanding partnerships with universities, educational organizations, and research institutions worldwide, particularly in the United States, Australia, and Canada, to promote joint programs, academic exchanges, and knowledge transfer.
